Add items to your shopping cart from the catalogue using the add to cart button . You can view your shopping cart at any time using the 'shopping cart' link in the menu to the left. Once you are happy with your order press the 'PayPal Checkout' button to take you to the PayPal site. Enter your PayPal log in details to process your payment.

how to pay: credit cards or cheque
You can either enter your credit card details in to the order form
or send a cheque or postal order crossed and made payable to
ocean JEWELLERY. Please allow five working days for cheques to clear. Please enter your telephone number so that we can call you if there are any queries with your order.

We accept orders for delivery to any part of the world. Please telephone our customer service line for a quote on delivery charge (0044)131 229 6767

our delivery service:
all packages are posted by special delivery at a charge of £5.00. If in stock, orders are despatched immediately, we will advise you of the availability for items that are out of stock

returns:
Our jewellery can be returned unused within seven days for a replacement or full refund. A “returns” form will be included with your order, fill in your name and address and indicate whether a replacement or refund is required. The delivery charge on the original order is not refundable. Please retain the packaging and return the item in the same condition as it was sent to you. Returned damaged or lost goods will not be credited. Orders damaged in transit to you will be replaced with no extra cost and free delivery. Please inform us of damages within 3 days of receiving your order.

care advice:
Please maintain the condition of your jewellery by removing when bathing, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work.

prices:
Prices are in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%.
Prices of goods stated on the web site may be subject to changes without any liability on the part of ocean JEWELLERY. In such a case we will make you aware of this as soon as reasonably practicable and a full refund will be given, if required.
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods together with delivery charges.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
